Processing Time
Once you place an order, our team begins preparing it for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For high-demand items or during sales, processing may take slightly longer. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen delivery method, and the weight/size of your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. Please note that tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after your order is dispatched.

Delays and Unexpected Issues

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately before the order is dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier or arranging a replacement. For lost packages, we will coordinate with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive separate tracking information for each package.
