Refund and Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused and original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact. The product must be returned within 7–15 days from the date of delivery, depending on your region. Items showing signs of damage, misuse, or missing parts not due to our error may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Opened or used software, memory cards, or digital products

  • Products with tampered packaging or removed serial numbers

  • Personal-use items such as headphones, unless defective

We reserve the right to decline a return request for such items unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and, if applicable, photos of the product or issue.

  3. Our team will verify your request and send return instructions along with a return authorization, if approved.

  4. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and ship it back to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. This inspection may take 2–4 business days. If the item is approved, we will process your refund or replacement promptly. If the item does not meet the eligibility conditions, we may return the product to you at your expense.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed. In the case of cash-on-delivery orders, we may request your bank details to initiate the refund.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us immediately after delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it must go through the return process after delivery. If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation reason.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or full refund after confirming the problem.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeline:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
